    Mix the flour, 140 g sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add butter briefly until fine and coarse crumble topping is produced.

    Place a spring shape with 26 cm diameter and grease the edge. Press about two thirds of the crumble topping as crust and form a 3 cm high edge.

    quark, Sour cream, 130 g sugar, eggs, starch, vanilla, lemon zest and lemon juice only until everything is connected.

    Prepare apples

    Cut apples into 3 to 4 mm thin wedges. Place quark mass on the crust and spread the apple wedges slightly overlapping on it.

    Apply the remaining crumble topping loosely over the apples. Press larger crumbs together with your fingers.
