What matters
Almond flakes adhere better to honey than to dry fruit surfaces.
Air fryer peaches with honey, flaked almonds and plain yogurt. Choose firm ripe fruit and add the honey near the end to avoid burning.
Why this recipe works
Halve two peaches and weigh without stones. Two halves with yogurt make one dessert portion. Very soft fruit can collapse in the hot basket; firm ripe peaches work better.
Recipe

Wash, halve and stone peaches. Spread butter over cut surfaces and place in a suitable shallow dish.
Arrange cut side up. Keep yogurt chilled until serving; do not add honey and almonds yet. Use a heatproof dish suitable for the appliance, leaving space around it for airflow. Do not preheat with loose paper.
If required by the manufacturer, preheat for 3 minutes at 170 °C. Roast about 10 minutes at 170 °C. Fruit should soften but hold its shape. Very firm peaches may need longer.
Add honey and almonds to cut surfaces and roast about 3 minutes at 170 °C. Watch the almonds. Cool briefly and serve with cold yogurt.
