Why this recipe works

Warm feta with roasted cherry tomatoes

Loose tomatoes and feta would add juice and cheese to the basket. In a small baking pan, the aromas stay together and the hot air still reaches the surface. Choose a baking pan that leaves at least a finger width distance from the basket wall.

Choose a heat-resistant baking pan that is securely in the basket and leaves space for the airflow on the side. Spread the baking pan thinly with some olive oil.

Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. Put in the baking pan and cook for 10 minutes until the tomatoes release juice.

  5. 5

    browning cheese

Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes until the feta is slightly browned at the edges and soft in the middle. Gently lift out the baking pan.

  6. 6

    Season fresh

Add lemon juice and basil over the dish. Serve feta with tomato juice on bread or gently lift under freshly cooked pasta.
