Recipe
Wantan soup consists of stuffed dumplings in clear broth with ginger, spring onions, pak choi and sesame oil. The Wantans are gently cooked.
Mix the mince or prawns with the spring onions, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Place a small amount of filling on each leaf, moisten the edges and close well.
Heat the stock with soy sauce, ginger and white pepper.
Cook the Wantans in the boiling stock for 4 to 6 minutes. Add the pak choi briefly.
Serve with spring onions, sesame oil and chilli oil if desired.
