Tips for Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Cut Wedges Same Width

Narrow tips burn in front of thick middle pieces. Uniform wedges cook at the same time.

Dry after watering

starch adheres only as a thin layer on dry surfaces. Residual water forms sticky stains and steam.

If necessary, two passes

Potato crevices need more space than fries. Densely stacked wedges become soft and need significantly longer.
