Do not overwhelm cream
With strawberry tiramisu in the glass: Mix the cream only smoothly. Too long stirring can make mascarpone or cream grainy.
Strawberry tiramisu in glass is a fresh summer dessert with creamy mascarpone quark cream, juicy strawberries and soft spoon biscuits. The dessert is prepared without egg, can be prepared in advance and fits particularly well with barbecue evenings, family celebrations or warm days. Through the portioning in the glass, the tiramisu looks directly pretty and can be served easily. The spoon biscuits are sprinkled with orange juice, the strawberries ensure fruitiness and the vanilla makes the cream pleasantly round.
Why this recipe works
This strawberry tiramisu is particularly easy because the cream is not cooked and is not prepared with raw egg. Mascarpone makes it full-bodied, Quark provides freshness and powder sugar dissolves quickly without making the cream grainy. The spoon biscuits absorb the orange juice and the juice of the strawberries. This makes them soft, but retains some structure. After cooling, cream, strawberries and biscuits combine to form a fruity dessert that does not seem heavy.
Recipe
A simple strawberry tiramisu in glass with mascarpone, quark, spooned biscuits, orange juice and fresh strawberries. The dessert is without egg, easy to prepare in advance and ideal for summer.
Wash the strawberries, pat dry, remove the drink and cut into small pieces. Put aside some beautiful strawberry pieces for decoration.
Place mascarpone, curd, powder sugar and vanilla paste in a bowl and stir smoothly. The cream should be creamy, but not too liquid. If it is very firm, stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons of orange juice.
Broken the spoon biscuits roughly, so that they fit well into the glasses. Put the orange juice in a flat bowl and turn the biscuit pieces briefly in it or slightly drizzle directly at the layer.
First put some cream into the glasses, then spread a layer of spoon biscuits and strawberries on it. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up. Finish with a cream layer.
Cover the glasses and cool for at least 2 hours. During this time, the spoon biscuits become soft and the dessert gets a better consistency.
Garnish shortly before serving with the set aside strawberries and fresh mint. If desired, you can dust some powdered sugar over it.
