Why this recipe works

Pad Kra Pao with Thai Basilica and Mirror Egg

Pad Kra Pao tastes strong, salty-sharp and smells of basil. Holy Basil, replacing Thai basil, works best. The dish is not tasted for long, but fried quickly, so that meat and basil retain their character.
